pretend you don't know me

Journalling is a practice I have continued since I was 9, allowing me to express my thoughts, feelings and ideas on paper.  I want to push my boundaries by  putting my work out there for friends and family to read - which is both intimidating yet empowering.

I look forward to using this platform to discuss my experiences, ideas, moving pieces of literature and also...you guessed it....some science. Studying neuroscience has allowed me to delve into the world of philosophy, which is something that bridges beautifully with the Ancient world and the founding of it. My blog will be loosely based on Ancient history, art history and developments in neuroscience with a sprinkle of personal stories.

I hope that some of what I have to say may resonate with you.

"Human connection is the most vital aspect of our existence, without the sweet touch of another being we are lonely stars in an empty space waiting to shine gloriously."- Joe Straynge
